Robyn Hollingshead

Robyn Hollingshead joined TPW West in August 2005. Prior to joining the team, Robyn served as Executive Director of Friends of Hôpital Albert Schweitzer (HAS) Haiti, a U.S. based 501(c ) 3 educational organization in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, that supported a Mellon family project in Central Haiti. She co-founded and ran the Friends of HAS for 6 years, and in this position combined her interests and training in the arts, philanthropy, and developing country issues. Robyn curated Haitian Art Shows throughout the U.S., organized and gave lectures on the art and culture, people, public health and poverty of Haiti, as well as led donor education trips to Haiti. Friends of Hôpital Albert Schweitzer Haiti supports Hôpital Albert Schweitzer, a hospital in the Artibonite Valley of Haiti, co-founded and run by Dr. and Mrs. Larimer Mellon and now their family. This integrated health care and community development system has been addressing the medical and economic needs of the 300,000 local Haitian residents for the past 50 years.
